01. How much does event production cost?
Every event is different. Your needs, timeline, and deliverables determine the cost. Schedule a call and we'll give you a real quote based on your actual event.
02. How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 4-6 weeks for smaller events and 2-3 months for larger productions. That said, we've put together complete solutions in as little as 48 hours when needed.
03. What's included in your event packages?
Each package is custom. Typically: pre-event consultation, day-of production (cameras, audio, lighting), and post-event editing and delivery. We outline exactly what's included in your Scope of Work.
04. Can you handle both AV and livestreaming?
Yes. One team handles your AV setup, live streaming, multi-cam recording, and photography. Less coordination, more consistency.
05. What happens if something goes wrong during the event?
We plan for problems. Backup equipment, pre-event tech checks, and coordination with your venue to confirm technical specs before event day. Most issues get solved before they happen. We can't control venue infrastructure or platform outages, but we troubleshoot fast.
06. Do you work with venue AV teams?
We can coordinate with in-house teams when needed. Most clients find it simpler to let us handle everything, but we make it work either way.
07. How long does it take to get event videos?
Simple highlight videos take 1-2 weeks. Full recordings or complex edits take 3-4 weeks. Need it faster? Expedited delivery is available.
08. What equipment do you use for events?
Professional cinema cameras, wireless audio, broadcast lighting, and multi-input streaming gear. We bring the right tools for your venue and technical requirements.
09. Can you travel to our event location?
Yes. We work throughout Seattle and travel nationwide (or beyond). Projects outside Seattle metro may include travel, lodging, and transport costs. We outline these upfront.
10. Do we own the footage and photos?
You own final deliverables once paid in full. Raw footage and unused materials aren't included unless specified. We use completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Full details in our service agreement.
