Background & Challenge

ERE Media produces multiple national conferences each year for the recruiting and HR industry. As hybrid events became standard, production demands increased significantly—multi-room AV setups, fast-moving run-of-show schedules, inconsistent venue infrastructure, and remote audiences expecting broadcast-quality livestreams.

ERE needed more than a last-minute AV vendor. They needed a production partner who could consult early, design scalable solutions around budget and format, and deliver consistent execution on-site with crews who understand the pressure and pacing of live conferences.

Our Role

Since 2021, JSB Video has served as AV consultant and livestream production partner for ERE Media’s flagship events, including SourceCon, Talent 42, and ERE Innovation Summit.

Our involvement begins well before show day and continues through final cue calls. We provide pre-event consulting, AV system design, equipment sourcing and rental coordination, pricing negotiation, trusted operators and technicians, and full on-site setup and support. On the livestream side, we manage multi-camera broadcasts, platform integration with RingCentral, real-time switching, technical direction, speaker support, and post-event delivery.

By staying involved from strategy through execution, we help ERE avoid common production risks while ensuring a polished experience for both in-room and remote audiences.

Results

Over four years, we’ve supported dozens of ERE Media conferences—and continue into 2025. Outcomes include consistent show quality across venues, reduced AV costs through smarter sourcing, faster setup times, lower show-day risk, and expanded remote attendance with hundreds of paid virtual participants per event.

Because we staff events with the same trusted crew, each conference builds on a proven foundation. Our familiarity with ERE’s programming has made us a reliable extension of their team—whether troubleshooting backstage or directing keynotes live.
