Background & Challenge
Pelican Robotics and NPSG Global partnered to exhibit at ProMat 2025, one of the logistics and supply chain industry’s most prominent events. With a shared focus on automation and fulfillment innovation, both teams wanted to stand out by showcasing not just the technology—but the people, energy, and interactions driving the booth.
The challenge was capturing meaningful content in a fast-moving trade show environment while managing multiple deliverables: product demos, interviews, and social-ready content for two distinct brands. Everything needed to be filmed efficiently and turned around quickly without sacrificing polish or brand alignment.

Our Role
JSB Video provided full-service video and photo coverage across the show floor. We captured live product demos, team interviews, and organic booth interactions, balancing structure with run-and-gun flexibility.
Post-event, we delivered raw assets within days along with a suite of edited content tailored for different platforms: brand-specific highlight reels, product demo videos, interview clips for LinkedIn, a fast-paced social recap, and an on-site “We’re here” teaser. High-resolution, edited photos were also delivered for immediate marketing use. Every asset was aligned to each brand’s visual identity and messaging.
Results
Pelican Robotics and NPSG Global left ProMat 2025 with a robust content library that extended the value of their trade show investment. The videos and photos supported lead follow-ups, social campaigns, and ongoing product marketing—helping both brands maintain momentum well after the show ended.
