Event live streaming for audiences "beyond the room"
JSB Video produces multi-camera live streaming for conferences, fundraisers, and live events across Seattle and beyond. We help online viewers get a clear, engaging experience that feels intentionally produced, not simply pointed at the stage.

Trusted by brands, nonprofits, and conference teams

Overview
A produced stream for the people who "can't be there"
Event live streaming is the production of a live video broadcast that carries your event to an online audience in real time. JSB Video plans the stream, runs the cameras and audio, and delivers it to the platform your audience uses, so the people watching live get a clear, reliable experience instead of a webcam pointed at a stage.
You don't need video for video's sake. You need to reach your audience, tell your story, or move your mission forward. JSB Video is a full-service video production company in Seattle, handling everything from creative strategy to final delivery for clients nationwide.

WHY LIVE STREAMING MATTERS
When people join remotely, the stream "becomes the event"
Every successful event relies on production that works behind the scenes. With the right technology, planning, and execution, you create memorable experiences that engage audiences and reinforce your message.
Reach
Your audience is not always limited to the room. A reliable stream lets you include people who could not travel, without asking them to settle for a lesser experience.
Engagement
Clear audio, stable video, and thoughtful camera direction keep virtual attendees watching. A static, single-angle feed makes it harder to keep them engaged.
Reliability
A frozen or stuttering stream pulls attention away from your message. That is why we test the connection, plan the stream around the venue, and build in backup options when the program calls for them.
Who is it for
Built for events with an audience "beyond the room"
This works best for teams that want the online experience to feel planned, clear, and easy to follow. If part of your audience is joining from somewhere else, this is built for them too.
Why JSB
We know what separates good from great
We plan for what goes wrong.
A live stream has no second take, and we have run enough of them to know where the failure points are. We build redundancy into the plan so small issues are handled before they become visible to your audience.
We speak your language, not ours.
You should not need to know what an encoder or a bitrate is to trust your stream is in good hands. We handle the technical decisions and keep you focused on the event.
We deliver what we promise.
On time, on budget, and ready when the program starts. We build the plan so the stream is tested before your first speaker steps on stage.
process
How we run your stream
A live stream has no margin for a do-over, so most of our work happens before you go live. We test the venue's bandwidth, map the camera angles and switching, set up redundancy for the connection and the sources, and run a full rehearsal stream when the program allows. By the time you are on air, the stream has already been tested, not left to chance.
1
Listen first.
We learn what the event needs to accomplish, who is watching remotely, and what platform they will be on.
2
Plan it right.
We design the stream around your venue and run of show: cameras, audio, graphics, encoding, platform, and a backup for the connection.
3
Execute with precision.
A dedicated operator runs the stream on event day, switching cameras and watching the feed so issues get caught before your audience does.
4
Extend the value.
When the stream ends, you get the recording, ready to use for on-demand viewing, follow-up, or post-event content.

What’s included
Everything your stream needs to "hold up"
Every event is different, so every stream is built to fit. The first five are the core of a live streaming engagement. A basic recording is usually part of the stream plan, while post-event editing, on-demand sessions, highlights, and clips are scoped as add-ons.
Stream Strategy & Platform Planning
We plan the stream before the event around your audience and goals. This covers platform choice, bandwidth and venue assessment, and a streaming plan that fits your run of show.
Multi-Camera Capture & Switching
We run multiple cameras and switch between them live, so your online audience sees a directed broadcast instead of one locked-off angle.
Broadcast Audio & On-Screen Graphics
We send clean, mixed audio to the stream and add lower thirds, titles, and slides so the feed looks and sounds like a real broadcast.
Encoding & Platform Delivery
We handle the technical delivery to your platform of choice, with a streaming plan built around the venue's internet, platform requirements, and available backup options. When the event calls for it, we can scope additional internet redundancy through the venue or a rental partner.
On-Site Stream Management
A dedicated operator watches and runs the stream for the program, switching cameras, monitoring the feed, and catching issues before your audience notices them.
Post-Event Content (add on)
A basic recording is usually part of the stream plan. From there, we can edit it into on-demand sessions, highlights, and shareable clips so the stream keeps working after the event.
faq
Got questions?We’ve got answers.
What is event live streaming?
Event live streaming is a live video broadcast of your event delivered to a remote audience in real time. A professional setup includes multiple cameras, mixed audio, on-screen graphics, and a stream engineered for stability, not just a single camera or a webcam feed.
How is professional live streaming different from using Zoom or a webcam?
A webcam or a basic video call gives you one angle and whatever audio the room happens to have. Professional live streaming adds multiple cameras, broadcast audio, graphics, a dedicated operator, and connection redundancy, so the experience holds up and reflects well on your event.
How much does event live streaming cost?
Cost depends on the number of cameras, the length of the program, the platform, and whether you also need recording or post-event content. Every event gets a custom quote built around your specific program, so you are only paying for what your stream actually needs.
What platforms can you stream to?
We can stream to platforms like YouTube Live, Vimeo, LinkedIn Live, Facebook Live, Zoom webinars, and private or custom RTMP destinations, including embedded players on your own site. We will recommend the best fit based on your audience, privacy needs, and goals for the event. Confirm before publish: keep only the platforms JSB actually supports publicly. Facebook Live and private/custom RTMP are included here on the assumption JSB is comfortable offering them; remove if not.
Do you provide multi-camera live streaming?
Yes. Running multiple cameras and switching between them live is a core part of what we do, so the people watching get a directed broadcast rather than a single static angle.
Can you stream a hybrid event with both an in-person and an online audience?
Yes. We regularly produce events for the room and an online audience at the same time, coordinating the in-room AV and the stream so neither audience is treated as an afterthought.
Do we get a recording of the stream afterward?
Yes. We deliver a recording of the stream, and we can also edit it into on-demand sessions, highlights, or clips for follow-up and promotion.
Do you travel for events outside Seattle?
Yes. We are based in Seattle and produce live events and streams wherever your project takes us, with experience across 32 cities and 3 continents. Travel for events outside the Seattle metro is outlined upfront and approved before booking.
