01. How much does a video project cost?
It depends on what you're building. Schedule a call and we'll give you a real quote based on your actual project, not generic pricing.
02. What is your video production process?
We start with strategy to understand your goals and audience. Then pre-production: scripting and planning. Production is the filming. Post-production is editing, color, graphics, and sound. You review at key points. We handle the work.
03. How long does video production take?
There's no standard timeline. We've delivered event highlights in 48 hours and spent months on documentaries. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you if it's realistic.
04. Do you provide scripting and creative direction?
Yes. We develop concepts, write scripts, and provide creative direction. Need deeper content strategy? Check out our Media Consulting services.
05. Can you show examples of your work?
Head to our portfolio page to watch videos across industries. Want something similar to your project? Just ask.
06. What equipment do you use?
Professional cinema cameras, broadcast lenses, drones, wireless audio systems, professional lighting, and livestreaming setups. But equipment doesn't make great video. Experienced people do.
07. Who owns the rights to the final video?
You do, once it's paid for. We retain copyright to raw footage and unused materials. We use completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Full details are in our service agreement.
08. Do you help with video distribution or marketing strategy?
Yes, through our Media Consulting services. We help with content strategy, platform optimization, and figuring out what to do with the video once it's made.
09. How do revisions work?
Each deliverable includes one to two rounds. Round 1 is for big changes. Round 2 is polishing. New ideas that contradict prior approvals may require additional fees. Details in our service agreement.
10. Can you travel for projects?
Yes. We've shot in 32 cities across 3 continents. Travel outside Seattle may include costs for flights, lodging, and equipment transport. We outline these upfront and get approval before booking.
