Anagram is a healthcare company helping eye care practices better support their patients through thoughtful, flexible solutions. As the team expanded, they needed high-quality video content that could serve multiple purposes—marketing, internal training, and brand-building—without feeling fragmented or inconsistent.
The challenge was producing a range of professional, engaging videos that would resonate with both internal teams and external audiences. The work required speed, efficiency, and consistency, including filming at multiple locations under a tight schedule while maintaining a cohesive visual and narrative standard.

Our Role
JSB Video partnered closely with Anagram’s Head of Marketing and Partnerships, Steve Alexander, to plan and execute a multi-video production strategy. We spent a full day filming interviews and b-roll at eye care practices across the Pacific Northwest, managing tight logistics and long travel distances to capture everything on schedule.
We produced a mix of testimonial videos, internal training content, marketing assets, and short social clips—each designed for its specific audience while staying visually aligned. As the relationship evolved, Anagram expanded our scope to include shooting and editing their first podcast series, where we handled studio setup, technical execution, and post-production. Throughout the project, we maintained consistent communication and delivered assets on accelerated timelines.

Results
The project was completed on time and within budget, resulting in a versatile library of video assets used across Anagram’s marketing, training, and internal communications. The testimonial videos strengthened credibility with patients and practitioners, while the training content helped standardize education and best practices across the organization.
