Background & Challenge

Azimuth solves a complex problem for a specialized audience: helping insurance brokers better protect their clients through a new SaaS platform. That created a familiar launch challenge for Deloitte's team. How do you introduce a technical B2B product clearly enough to spark interest without overwhelming the viewers who matter most?

The goal was not to explain every feature. It was to quickly establish relevance, communicate core value, and motivate action for time-strapped decision-makers. The video also needed to work across two distinct channels, a product landing page and LinkedIn, and remain useful as the product continued to evolve.

Our Role

Deloitte came to us with an initial script and high-level concept. We refined the messaging to fit a tighter animated format, then collaborated closely with their team to shape the storyboard, pacing, and visual approach.

Working with our animation partners, we built the story around a simple, human narrative: an insurance broker facing real-world challenges and how Azimuth steps in to solve them. Rather than leading with product specs, we led with the problem, letting the solution land with more weight.

We also made a deliberate structural decision: designing the animation with modular elements so logos and messaging could be updated over time without rebuilding the entire video. For a product still gaining market traction, that flexibility turns a launch asset into a long-term marketing tool.

A concise, channel-ready explainer built for the attention spans and decision-making pace of modern B2B buyers.

The Impact

The animated explainer launched across Deloitte's landing page and LinkedIn, where it generated strong engagement and interest in the Azimuth platform. Feedback highlighted the video's clarity and its ability to communicate value quickly, helping Deloitte introduce a complex product in a format that works for busy B2B audiences.

Beyond launch performance, the modular design gave Deloitte's team a reusable asset. As the product evolves, the core animation can be updated without starting from scratch, protecting the original investment and keeping the content current.
